BUILDING MUSCLE

If you are trying to build muscle and increase your body mass, heavy weights are used to push your muscles and increase muscle size and mass.

This is done using different types of hypertrophy (Muscle growth) techniques based around a specific training schedules and diet plans.

MUSCULAR PERFORMANCE

A mixture of heavy and light weights are used in specific training methods to maximize muscular performance development.

All sessions are focused on increasing optimum muscular performance and target based goals.

Cardio

If you are trying to lose weight and improve your general fitness, cardio is the best form of exercise for most people.

Sessions can include plyometrics, HIIT, or circuit based training and if that doesn't float your boat we can always do good old running.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Sports Specific training is focused on a specific sport or a mixture of your choice.

Sessions will be based around achieving a specific goal geared around maximum performance.

For example if your chosen sport is long distance running, training is based on building muscular endurance and minimising fatigue, on the other hand if your chosen sport is sprinting, training will be based around explosive power and maximum speed.
