TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 TO 1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:
Special Offers:
All special offers are valid once only for new client only.
All special offers are subject to expiry dates.
Block Bookings: All block bookings are non refundable.
When booking you first session, a 50% discount will be applied to that session. If you decide to continue training, all others sessions will be charged at the normal block booking price.
Remember there are NO OBLIGATIONS & NO CONTRACTS!
Cancellations:
All sessions require a 24hr cancellation notice period, if cancellation is made outside of this period, the session will be deducted from the total.
If there is an excessive amount of cancellations the block booking may be cancelled permanently (Warnings will be given followed by a notice of cancellation)
You will be allowed to finish your block booking within the allocated timescale but no more bookings will be taken from there on.
Block Bookings:

5 x 1hr sessions are valid for 6 weeks total.

10 x 1hr sessions are valid for 6 weeks total.

20 x 1hr sessions are valid for 11 weeks total.

If for any unforssen circumstances, A2PT has to cancel sessions, sessions will be re-allocated to the next available time slot with no loss of completion time.

Break allowances apply-

All clients are allocated a break period of 2 weeks per every 90 days period of training without losing their allocated training slot.

All block bookings will allowed a 2 week holiday break during the Christmas period.

A small fee will be chargeable for all gym/studio based sessions. (Please ask for details)

Online Sessions:
All online clients must accept responsibility for their own well being and safety during the online session.
All online bookings are for 5 sessions only at a time.
All block booking payments are non-refundable.
All online sessions can be paused for a maximum of 3 weeks - (During the Corornavirus pandemic)
Due to insurance regulations, all online sessions must be recorded and kept for a duration of 36 months.
All recordings will be kept in accordance with data protection regulations.
No pictures or footage will be used without prior consent.
Pay Per Session:
Payment must be paid by cash/bank transfer in full before the training slot begins.
Once payment is made, you are agreeing satisfaction and therefore payment is non refundable.
Group Training Session:
Free trial session is excluded from all group bookings/sessions.
All group sessions must be pre-arranged with the trainer first.
Payment must be made by cash or bank transfer in full before the day of the sessions.
Any payments made in advance are non-refundable (Including block bookings or one off payments)
All block bookings are valid from the date of the first session and must be completed within the timescale allocated.

Exercise Plans:
Exercise plans are based on 1 x 1hr session per week (£10 per programme sheet)
Exercise plans require a full consultation and a minimum booking of 2 x 1 hour training sessions which is payable in full.
For safety reasons, if a plan includes Gym/Fitness equipment, at least one 1 hour session must be held in a Gym or training studio payable by the client.
All exercise plans are non refundable.
Parking:
All pricing excludes the cost of parking, parking must be provided at your location.
​If free parking is not available, a parking permit must be provided or parking cost must be covered by the client.
