Online Personal Training has been steadily growing over the years and since the sudden (COVID-19) outbreak, the demand for online based fitness is more bigger than ever.

A2PT has been actively creating and delivering online based personal training sessions to help people stay fit, healthy and entertained while training from the comfort of your home/home gym or office space.

All online sessions are live and you will be guided through each exercise while being assessed for correct form and motivated every step of the way.

All sessions will be based around your individual needs, goals, available space and available equipment.

Having specialized in outdoor and indoor personal training for over 12 years, it's not a problem if you don't have any specific exercise equipment. I have developed several unique and creative ways of using ordinary household objects to maximize training sessions and add a great element of fun to exercise. 

Online 1 to 1

All online 1 to 1 personal training sessions will be between 30mins - 1 hour long, based around the individual needs of the client.

Your current fitness and knowledge level will be taken into consideration when sessions are planned and delivered.

Online Couples

All online couples sessions will be 1 hour long and based around your general fitness levels and goals.

Sessions will be varied, dynamic and challenging to both individuals while maintaining the high fun factor A2PT is known for.
