All sessions are based around the goals and needs of the individual with additional focus placed on areas of concern eg Abs, Bums, Tums, Arms etc

How can a Personal Trainer help?

You will be guided, supported and motivated every step of the way under the eagle eyes of Martin who is a stickler for great exercise form. A2PT is constantly searching for new routines, changing training plans and exercises to keep you on your toes, shifting focus from weight loss to muscle gains to endurance, making sure progression is continuous. 

A2PT is fully mobile, travels with an array of equipment and has a policy of always adding new equipment so if you are a regular client or returning, you’ll always have some new toys to play with :-)

Training takes place in Local Parks, Green spaces or your home/garden depending on space, gym sessions can be arranged at a small additional entry fee.

You will be educated in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
